Legally Armed is a business with the purpose of providing a one-stop service with regards to the administration of the Firearms Control Act. We would like to make it simpler for the general public to comply with the requirements of the Act.

• Application for accreditation of business to possess firearms
• Render assistance during administrative trials when fitness to possess a firearm is in question

Apart from these services, we advise our clients on how to motivate the possession of a specific firearm, for example a 9 mm pistol for self-defence or sports-shooting. We have the services of a legal adviser as well as that of an expert on the administration process of the Act, therefore we can provide the best possible service to our clients.

We also invite owners of firearms who wish to sell a firearm or are in need of a specific handgun, rifle or collectors item to contact us. We will place it on our website with the aim to bring the seller and buyer in contact with each other.
